"Backed out of project with no notice! Doing a full upper level remodel and they were scheduled to do the flooring. An estimated timeframe was given 3+ months prior, measurements taken and product ordered! Called to update progress and timeframe, left messages and emailed for 3 weeks! No response. Finally got ahold of Jordan, (after searching FB and found a different number than we received) His response was their was a communication issue! Yes on your end!!!! He also said he was behind by 1 1/2 months and could maybe fit us in! Really when the job was scheduled for late July/first of August!!! NOT a very HONEST business, when you leave a customer in a bind with a remodel project, that now has held up other people."
