"We first visited Apple River Appliance to purchase a new refrigerator, last year. While there, we also purchased a microwave oven. We are very happy with our purchase. The Whirlpool refrigerator keeps everything cool as can be. We just went back and purchased a new 55 " LG TV. The color is absolutely beautiful. We appreciated Randy and Max setting up both the appliances and the TV. They explained everything, including set up, remotes, and gave us some good tips. Customer service at its finest. Highly recommend Apple River Appliance."

"Worst costumer service I have ever dealt with!!! Our whirlpool front loader not even a year old started making noises and we called whirlpool they said we had to go thru apple river to get warranty work done. What a joke!! First they refused to even call us back. Finally they came and looked at it and didn’t know what they were doing. So after a couple weeks they came back and replaced the shocks (or whatever they are called) and it still squeaks. I told them when I googled the sounds it said bearing but they said they refused to waste any more of their time on a warranty because they don’t get paid. I reminded them that whirlpool made us go to them and they said they didn’t care and they were done with it. I am calling whirlpool to report them and hopefully they will pull their name from this store. I work retail and have for 30 yrs and never ever have I had an experience like this or seen anything like this!! Do not use them!!! If it’s warranty work they will refuse because they don’t get paid!!!! I am a faithful local shopper but this is one place I will never do business with and hopefully you won’t either!!!"

"When I bought my gas range they had very good pricing. They even ordered one in for me because they didn't have the one I wanted. They also were able to convert it from natural gas to propane. It is nice that we have an appliance store within Amery that has knowledgeable service technicians. They offer much better service and support than any big box store would. If you buy local from them you will be buying from a business that can support your appliance purchase if a breakdown should occur."
