"I started my acupuncture sessions about 4 months ago. I had shoulder pain and sciatic nerve pain. At that time I was doing physical therapy, chiropractor and cortisone shots. Pain killers and of course the icyhot and applying heat. I was still in constant pain. After each of my acupuncture session my pains kept getting better and better. "I want to say that Bonita vista acupuncture (Jillian ) is an outstanding acupuncturist, and I would recommend her to anyone. and was a bit leery of nontraditional medicine. My problem started as a stiff neck and progressed to almost constant pain and very limited range of motion. After four months of muscle relaxants and physical therapy which failed to help, my doctor referred me to Jillian With in two weeks of treatment I started to improve, and after six weeks I saw significant improvement. After three to four months the pain was gone most of the time,and my range of motion had greatly increased. After six to nine months I was pretty much back to baseline.
