"Stay as far away from the place as possible. They don’t care about the patient at all. Charged $650 for a 25 minute visit. Weeks later my daughter really needed help, she had seen dr Andrew Allen and was anxiously awaiting the next visit because because she had some side effects from the medicine, and because of a technical issue she was 15 minutes late to the appointment and now can’t even communicate with the doctor for another 2 weeks. When I explained the urgency Lupe the receptionist told me to go to the ER. Whereas a simple 5 minute phone call with the doctor would have cleared stuff up. And to add insult to injury. Lupe the receptionist had zero empathy, was cold, and heartless. The least you could do is speak with compassion when your screwing people over."
