"Horrible experience. Went to get my sons eyes checked as it seems he had an eye infection. Didn't wait long that's the only plus to this place. Dr. Walked in very rudely and says its an allergy. Wait what!? His eyes stuck shut with green mucus is an allergy? Ok bud. He got even more rude as we questioned even if scenarios, and we left with him saying its just an allergy. Mind you, he didn't check anything on my son. He didnt look at his eyes closely, Nada..almost like he was afraid of the allergy. Anyway, we went to loma linda and they confirmed it wasn't an allergy and was conjunctivitis. So take that as you will before going here. Not the first time encountering a rude dr here but thought we'd give it another try. Won't be back and already found a much nicer urgent care down the st."

"This is the best urgent care in town. The ladies at the front desk are compassionate, caring and helpful. The doctor was the same. I even came in right before closing and still got great care. I felt completely lost. This office didn't just take me as a number or a dollar bill. They welcomed me with open arms. They asked questions, got to know me and helped me feel better. They even got my prescription done by the time I got to CVS. I'm so far away from home and needed help they went above and beyond. Completely blessed! Thank you for everything."

"This is NOT an urgent care, it's more of a walk-in clinic. They don't have the ability to do any procedures like IV and lack real diagnostic equipment like X-ray. Don't come here if you need anything more than a bandaid or doctors note. I wouldn't even recommend them for Rx needs, it took more than 48 hours for my pharmacy to recieve the order they sent."

"Highly recommend this urgent care! Every one was very friendly and helpful! I was seen very quickly too! The medical assistant that took me in was incredibly nice, made me feel at ease. The Dr was also very nice and thorough!! What a different experience from usual urgent care places where they make you wait for hours and the Dr is with you less than 2 minutes."
