"an unacceptable level of care. multiple times i’ve shown up for an appointment after the office confirmed, only for the doctor to not be there. if i’m lucky enough to get through to scheduling, they will not see me for months despite their mistakes. negligent, apathetic, and inhumane."

"I usually don't write things like this but, I had two doctors so far from here. One I didn't know was a pediatrician, which explains how she was explaining things to me. The other just told me to take pain medicine if I'm almost passing out from my period. I have chronic gastritis and a grade 2 hernia. I ran out of medicine for the gastritis and I tried to make an over the phone appointment with my doctor and they said to just go to urgent care if I needed medicine that bad. If I knew they will be like this, I would've taken the 3 month medicine supply and make it a 6 month supply. The schedule center doesn't answer the phone all that much. I am acid re-fluxing everything I eat. Very burning and nasty to my throat. Once I waited over a hour for the pediatrician to see me. Then they call and they didn't know I was in there waiting for her. Then they call me back and I'm sitting there for another hour. I almost finished a book a I was reading. Pediatrician sent me to a nutritionist because she was "worried" about my weight. They told me to drink boost, which made me throw up and not eat the rest of the day. The nutritionist was a little rude to me when I told her what I eat. She looked at my mom and made a face when I said I eat a small breakfast and eat snacks throughout the day. I'm healthy So I have no idea what the problem was with them. Trying to find another doctor that isn't from here. Front desk people are nice though."

"They never pick up their phone. I have called 15-20 times over the last year for various things. Usually returning calls from a nurse who ask me to call this number. I always stay on hold for 5-15 minutes, then I get hung up on. It's insane that I have to reach out via message and wait a few days instead of just having them pick up their phone and transfer me to the nurse who wanted me to call back."

"They turn you away if you don't have an appointment. If you want to be seen without an appointment you need to threaten them with legal action. My step daughter has asthma and they only have one doctor that doesn't show up until 10:30am all she need is a damn refill for her inhalers. I'm sure if it was their family members they would be well taken care of. And what's up with the lack of management that is probably the main reason they act irresponsible and violate medical laws."

"I read some of the reviews and they are not good reviews but to be honest the times I was here I liked it. First time I was here got treated quickly, turned out I had bronchitis and they treated me quickly (it was also inexpensive I had no insurance). Second time I went was for birth control and everything was professionally done. I would recommend this place. I'm sure all clinics have there pros and cons but I believe this clinic is worth the try."
