"I had a great experience at this Urgent care! (However, please note that I went on a Tuesday night at 7pm so it wasn’t extremely crowded) but I was seen very very fast - vitals taken, seen by the doctor, prescribed medication, and at the pharmacy within an hour! The nurses and doctors were all very kind as well. Very happy with this urgent care!"

"I’ve been to Kaiser urgent care many times to reoccurring bouts of diverticulitis, which make me very very sick and every time I’ve been treated with the upmost care and kindness, and have only had good outcomes. Sometimes you do have to wait because there are many people who come in to the urgent care who are sicker than you are, or they may be pregnant or an infant, and they are triaged appropriately, I personally don’t mind letting someone go before me that came in after me if they fall into one of these categories After all, if I was one of those people, I would appreciate someone being patient with the doctors and nurses if they took me in sooner."

"Hello to all, Showed up to URGENT care at 7:45 pm closing time is 9PM but the doors were shut and a nurse practitioner was with security awaiting outside the doors. He was asking everyone awaiting in line what was wrong with them and we could hear everyone’s issues and why they were wanting to be helped at the time REDFLAG!! What if people don’t want to be letting the whole world know what is wrong with them. TOTALLY AGAINST THE RULES IM SURE! Closing urgent care because they been busy all day or are short staffed is not very reasonable. Please be aware that patients are arriving at whatever time it is they get sick urgent care and ER prices are very much different this is why people choose urgent care please. Fix this KAISER also everyone’s badges are reversed we understand this might be because they don’t want to get called out for the service but please we would like to know who is assisting us at the time of service. Times are tough I hope no one gets sick and needs urgent assistance because these service providers have changed very much."

"I’m not one for writing reviews unless it’s deserving of one and well this one isn’t good. My brother came into the URGENT CARE for a head injury. A heavy sign had fallen on him earlier that day. After taking some Tylenol he still felt dizzy and had a migraine. As a concerned family member I told him to go to the urgent care that I’d drive him just to make sure it wasn’t some delayed concussion. Symptoms: lightheadedness, headache and a physical cut in the back of the head. ————— DOC: J P PENA MD, M.D. ———— “Examined” him came to the conclusion that he MUST take the TECHNA shot. After being told “no” several time the doctor was still adamant about the shot. My brother went ahead changed the subject and asked him to check out the lump and doctor said “I don’t see anything concerning other then the red mark (doctor did clean that up) which I “advised” you to take the shot for” At this point you’d assume him being a doctor and all would order an ice pack, ask him to wait 30 min to see if he’ll feel better but no sent him home to see if he’ll wake up. It’s infuriating that we’re supposed to trust these people with our health/well-being, and they rush your visit. Kaiser Permanente needs to make consequences for doctors that harass patients to take shots and to do there jobs right (not saying all are terrible but this has been the second time something like this has happened since switching to Kaiser) None of what I just wrote was written on his checking out notes that good’o doctor was suppose to write all he wrote was: Head Trauma Declined shot Smoking cessation counseling (for an occasional smoker) Not even instructions on what to look out for or how to treat the cut on the back of his head which I think is standard for doctor visits. This is ridiculous DO BETTER!!!!! NEGLECTFUL DOCTORS ARE BORN HERE"

"Went here today for a physical therapy appointment, very cool, smart doctor... James was his name, very knowledgeable with how he came about to diagnose where my pain was coming from, showed me detailed instructions on at home workouts, explained slowly so I could understand..... Just all around great information how to start some "weekly maintenance" for my bodies mussels, & avoid this pain. Thank you Kaiser for having such understanding & patient staff!"
