"I do Not reccomend! No one in the office can seem to get it together. They blame the patient for everything they do wrong? Seems like they need to evaluate their staff. Seems like it's a game to them. I am definitely looking for a place that is more compassionate, caring, and understanding of patients with real mental health issues. I wouldn't feel safe recommending any of my love ones be treated here. Don't bother asking for a manager, apparently who ever that is, is never available!"

"If I could give no stars I would. The doctors are good but the staff are something alse. Janett don't know anything every time you call. She has cancelled my mom's appointments without even letting her know untill we get there for her appointment just to turn back. The "nurse" Xochil lost my moms results and when we asked her for a copy of the results she wouldn't stop saying that they never ordered any test for my mom, when in reality they did and on my moms last appointment the doctor talk to her about all the results. Xochil just kept saying the same thing over and over stating that they don't have anything on my mom, basically saying that we were lying. You think my mom is going to go do a procedure without an order from a physician and go to her doctors appointment have the doctor go over results and my mom's going to forget or lie about it. My mom needed this results to have the same test done so the radiology office will have something to compared it with. The staff is a joke."

"The actual appointment was great but it's been months and I can't get in touch with anyone from the office regarding a referral I needed that they told me to call back about for the status. They literally never answer the phone and I purposely call at different times throughout the day including just after opening time, multiple days a week. When I did go in for an appointment, the phone wasn't ringing off the hook but I did witness the girls chatting, answering the phones and placing the person on hold, and continuing their conversation. So annoying. If you don't want to take people's health seriously, then don't work in a doctor's office. That simple. Still haven't heard back about that referral."
