"Asked numerous times for my medical records to be released to me. Was told oh we can email them to you. Waited a day and get a voicemail saying oh provide the fax number to the new provider. I explained 6 times it’s not going to a provider it’s for me for the start of a new job. Again give us the fax number for the new provider. How many times do I need to explain it’s not going to a provider and that I can’t give a fax number because there isn’t one? Still refused to email the records stating oh well we don’t do that. You just said yesterday that could."

"Dr. Oslund was so kind and quick. I loved how she went into detail about medical advice. I very much appreciated that. Gave me a more clear picture of medical choices. Thank you. All their offices which have been 3 of them their staff have always been so helpful."

"Completely incompetent. I was drawn by 5 star reviews, but have been so disappointed and cannot trust this office with something as important as having a baby. Both appointments I've had were rescheduled- it seems like they just schedule you any time and decide later if they actually have that appointment available. The medical records department cannot complete simple requests. I received the wrong info on how to get my test results, Dr. said it would be emailed and after weeks of waiting I called and they said I needed a phone appointment... was never informed of that. Overall this place might be okay for your standard gyno checkup, but not for having a baby when you're on a tight schedule of necessary testing."

"I really like Dr. Rose but the level of communication from the staff is below acceptable. The office seems very disorganized. I have called for days for my test results and continue to get the run around. No one keeps up with messages in portal. I call and speak to one staff member and am told “your results will definitely be in the portal by end of day” and they NEVER ARE. Dr. Rose did an amazing job with my c section for my first child and I genuinely really enjoy our appointments, but a major part of the prenatal journey is ADEQUATE communication surrounding test results, which gives mom and dad peace of mind. This is extremely difficult for this office staff apparently. I could literally go to Quest Diagnostics myself and get results back faster. Please improve this. Happy to change my review when that happens."

"Stay away! I had a terrible experience in this place. Went for a simple Pap smear which I would never thought will be such a big deal. First. When I was scheduling my visit I specifically asked if they had an ultrasound to perform breast ultrasound they said yes. When I arrived and asked again they said they don’t have it. Second, Pap smear was performed not delicately enough left me bleeding for three days which never happened before in other places. Third, it’s been over a month since my visit and I still did not receive the test results after calling and following up, which I shouldn’t be even doing. I am considering filing a complaint with the board."
