"I don’t want another woman to go through what I went through. Whatever you do, avoid Dr. Bruksch. Read his own personal google reviews. I had a miscarriage but my body hadn’t recognized the pregnancy loss, so I had the choice of doing a procedure or taking medication in my own home. I was highly encouraged to do the procedure, even though both options were perfectly safe. I chose the medication in my own home. Upon my follow up visit, Dr. Bruksch did not once express condolences for my loss. He then made me feel GUILTY for choosing medication, stating: “I always suggest the procedure. Now you’re going to be bleeding for weeks and you’re going to get so frustrated that you come in and get the procedure done anyway.” During my exam, he then noted how everything looked normal and my body would very likely be fine, as “women have been miscarrying for 1000s of years.” After losing a child, this was honestly the worst experience I could’ve ever gotten. I wish I could give negative stars. Not to mention… when I called to request a change to my earlier visits and left TWO voicemails, I had to call back 3 times. Nobody ever got back to me the first two calls. Just don’t go here. Women deserve so much better treatment than this."

"The front desk girl had the rudest attitude. As a receptionist you set the tone for the atmosphere as soon as a patient walks in, and the little exchange I did have with her was so aggressive. She was about to hand me paperwork to fill out and as soon as I told her I didn’t have my insurance card with me she SNATCHED the paperwork from me as soon as I said that. Ok I get it’s about collecting payment but calm down. And why is she wearing a hoodie and big hoop earrings to work? You work at a doctors office. My real name is Ikeshia by the way. BUT the doctor and nurse were amazing! Super nice and professional."
