"Such an incredibly frustrating organization. It took me 8 months to get an appointment to establish a primary care doctor. I have had two experiences with her and they were both awful. She didn’t seem to care what I was saying or experiencing and her answer to everything was “take ibuprofen”. I have been trying to make an appointment for my annual physical for two months now and no one responds to my messages. I thought the point of having a primary care doctor was to be able to make these appointments? The MyChart app allows you to see that the messages have been read so I know they are reading them they just aren’t responding. The customer service is embarrassing and the lack of patient care is disgusting. If your insurance allows, go ANYWHERE else."
