Santa Cruz Wellness, located at 303 Potrero Street in Santa Cruz, California, is a health institution dedicated to relieving suffering and bringing organization to chaos. Tracy Cone, L.Ac., a Chinese medicine physician, practices a holistic approach to health using acupuncture, nutrition counseling, lifestyle coaching, and herbal supplementation. Specializing in Classical Five Element acupuncture, Tracy treats the body, mind, and spirit to promote full health and balance.

Tracy completed her master’s in Chinese Medicine at Five Branches University and has studied intensively with Peggy Arent, L.Ac. She is also a competitive outrigger canoe paddler, mountain biker, and trail runner. As a mother and lifelong member of the Santa Cruz community, Tracy is dedicated to helping patients with a variety of conditions including fatigue, hormone imbalances, digestive problems, emotional disorders, pregnancy-related conditions, and pediatric conditions.
