"This is the most unorganized dental office I have ever been to. My first appointment was supposed to be my routine cleaning and they told me when I arrived it was just an exam (X-rays) and I would have to schedule an appointment for another day for a cleaning…Who does this? After some frustration I made an appointment for a couple months later for my cleaning. I come for my appointment and the office is closed with a sign on the door saying they’re closed. Nobody contacted me to tell me my appointment was cancelled or anything. I was fed up by now and gave up. A month or so passed and I hadn’t heard back from the other dentists I reached out to, so I figured I would try here again. I make my appointment and show up and they say “what was your appointment for? It’s in here as an exam.” ?!?! No! It’s a cleaning! All I want is a freaking teeth cleaning! They tell me they can try to “squeeze me in” but there might be a long wait since I was not scheduled for a cleaning this day. I gave up once and for all. Im only giving 2 stars because the woman who gave me my initial exam was friendly and pleasant."

"If you are taking time off work for a dentist appointment, don’t come here. I wasted my PTO to try this place out. I had a 9am appointment so I arrived 20 mins early for paperwork. Their doors didn’t open until after 9am. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes to be handed new patient paperwork and by the time I was halfway done I realized I didn’t have enough time to actually sit and get an exam. So I had to leave. Very unprofessional, unprepared, and a complete waste of my time. I’ve never had an experience like this at any other dentist. Do not recommend this place."

"UPDATE - I really thought this place couldn’t get worse but how wrong I was. They refused to tell me the price of a crown that was covered by my insurance instead insisting that the dentist ordered Nobel metals. I kept calling and they kept telling me they would talk to the dentist and call me back, but they never did. I finally filed a formal complaint and was told they would call me. But guess what - they never did. I am finally in a position to afford more expensive dental insurance and if necessary I will just pay full price for the crown. I hope I never have to come here again. ORIGINAL REVIEW This place continues to amaze me at how terrible they are. Two hours wait to get a cleaning, said they would call me back but never did, never pick up their phone. These are just a few of the frustrations I have had with this office."
