Recent studies show that new cases of chronic pain outnumber those of diabetes or depression. At Sarana Community Acupuncture, we are dedicated to providing relief and support for those experiencing chronic pain.

"I come here to take a nap. It is the primary perk that comes with getting a treatment which sometimes knocks you out. These people are people who know that thousands are sleep deprived and do what they can to protect the quiet of your healing experience. It need not always be a perfect one but there is something compassionate about trying to offer that to people who live in a too busy and too loud world. The acupuncturists are all highly skilled practitioners who care about their patients and do the work necessary to make their time be well spent. They are energy healers of an ancient kind. The act of being treated in a room with others may sound strange to some but upon experiencing it, you come to realize that nothing could be more natural. It is not just a technique or mere convenience; rather, it is a method of practice that derives from a keen sense of how human energies combine in a mutually supportive way. Hence, you are healed both on the micro level of your own energy being tuned up and it is also flowing at the macro level of social relations throughout the healing room. It is something to experience at least once. I tried it and got hooked on regular treatments, and I'm telling you, it's the best sleep in town."
