"Flap your Jacks is a breakfast spot that exceeded my expectations. The lemon ricotta pancakes I ordered were the highlight of my meal - they were absolutely divine. The pancakes were light, fluffy, and topped with an incredibly creamy and delicious ricotta cream. Edit: the lemon pancakes are no longer on the menu but the orange ones are super good also. Just as good. Have been here many times since I initially write this review and I love their breakfast sandwiches as well, they are Amazing, so is the avocado toast! The bacon was also a standout - it was cooked to perfection and so flavorful! The americano I had was a perfect complement to my breakfast. The service at Flap your Jacks was friendly and welcoming We didn’t make out own pancakes but we will be back!"

"Unique food experience. You can get one batter to inspire creativity and surround that with some other proteins (eggs, bacon and sausage). Definitely fun and tasty experience. Good to see you can get breakfast till at least 2pm"

"It was pretty good. We came specifically for "the Cube" and got a side of eggs and a frittata. The cube was good BUT I wish the Nutella inside would have been hot. It was cold which was a little bit of a let down. Other than that everything was perfect."

"My sister and I came here on a whim on a weekday morning, so we didn't have to wait. Honestly, I think the place and concept are awesome and cute, and will definitely come back to try more things. The coffee was pretty good, honestly wish it came with refills. My sister got the Wilbur which was really good (not pictured, unfortunately). I got the Reuben which was not as good. It wasn't bad, I just wished they fried or heated up the corned beef slices before topping with the Benedict elements. Will probably skip this dish next time. The chilaquiles were pretty good, solid Mexican breakfast standard. For dessert we split the cube which looked lopsided but pretty solidly composed dish. Outside Gad crispy bits and edged, and the inside was soft and gooey. Overall pretty good experience."
