"The entire staff was tremendous and I am pleased to say that my experience exceeded all expectations that I may have had. I was highly frustrated and visibly distressed and distraught upon arriving at the Palo Alto MayView health center. The receptionists were kind and professional ... yet shortly thereafter I was greeted by a woman named Amy, who was an absolute godsend to me at that moment. Amy, who was the facilities managing director, listened to me about what had caused me to be in such a state of exasperation with empathy and an instinctual understanding. Her compassionate, respectful and caring nature attributed to bringing me to a state of calmness and in regaining my composure. The Physician who attended to me was very kind, knowledgeable and proficient-- addressing my questions and attending to my immediate needs and follow-up appointments for other concerns. I admired both her and her assistant a great deal. Each member who saw to my care worked together as a unit (including the young lady who gathered and charted my personal info. and medical historical data, to the the woman who drew my blood) they were all amazing people. It was a group effort that provided me with the best quality of care possible-- The entire staff was efficient and professional, yet personable, helpful and friendly -- everything was handled as a seamless flow. I appreciate this place and all the folk who helped me during my visit."

"Horrible Place , it sucks because some of the doctors are actually really good / nice ones but the rest of the staff just isn’t helpful, when in the clinic they are always rude or have an attitude, and if you call to schedule an appointment they never answer their phone !! I have called at least 4 times a day these past few days, even if you leave a voicemail they don’t get back to you. Its time to switch to a different clinic !!"
