"Can't even believe my own experience. I was referred to this clinic urgently by my doctor. I called and they told me I need to wait for 24 hours to receive a call for scheduling. I waited and no one called. I called back and they said they need to verify insurance and I needed to wait another 24 hours. No one ever called.. Everytime the women on the other end of the call were cold and rude. The whole time they said "you can just go to another clinic" Oh and did I mention I got hung up twice?"

"Took two weeks to get back to me after requesting medical records, an insurance auth I didn't need (this hospital and clinic are in network), and referrals just to say I'm not accepted because "its too late" because they are booking over a month out. After I called nearly everyday, they took their time and now, I'm left without a high risk doctor. Nurse told me my doctor should have done the referral earlier...I developed some of my most concerning health conditions late in pregnancy...late referral couldn't be helped! I can't deliver safely at my local hospital and now I've wasted two weeks and still don't have a hospital that can safely deliver me."

Not sure, why Google review score is so low, so I wanted to share my feedback and give Stanford Gynecology Clinic strong 5 stars! Arrived on time and was called by Patient Care Tech in a timely manner. All you need to do is arrive 10-15 min early, have your paperwork filled out (that Stanford Clinic mails you aheads up/you can also download it in your MyHealth Account) and do e-check in and e-arrive. That's it! This was my first appointment at Stanford Gynecology Clinic and it went great! Many thanks to the staff, everyone was polite and welcoming!"
