"As a medical professional that has brought patients here before, I’ve never had any issues with the staff. When you read the patients reviews, keep in mind that these patients are brought here during a mental health crises. I see lots of these facilities have an abysmal review score because of former patients that had a bad experience. I want to clarify that I’m not trying to completely discount any former patient’s review, just make sure that people who read these reviews are aware that patients don’t come here to have a fun time. They are brought here to be stabilized and that may require things such as medication, physical restraints, and a lack of access to the internet. These things All make their time as patients quite annoying"
