"I had an outpatient procedure this week. Everything went OK. This wasn’t my first time having a procedure done at Saint Helena while being discharged, there was a very kind nurse that was helping me gather myself to discharge me. Then another nurse comes directly toward the bed Aggressively pulls the handles of the bed down and tells me to get dressed , I didn’t get a hello or do you want or need any help! Nothing . Just a bad attitude with Bad bedside manners. I understand they were busy But that was just plain rude."

"From the moment, my wife and I arrived at the front desk in Bldg 10, I was greeted like a friend and treated like the best customer ever! From the greeter at the front desk, to all the nursing staff, and Doctor Atwal, it could not have been a better experience! Thank you! Shout out to my RN "Hanna" who was so thorough and kind and helpful - you were terrific! And the entire procedure made me feel completely comfortable - no pain, no issues (other than there was a fairly long wait for my turn in the OR due to a large number of colonoscopies that day). "This was the best place I could have chosen to have a hip replacement. Dr. Ryan Moore is as good as it gets. I'm 2 weeks post operation and I'm doing great. I highly recommend this crew. They are 10/10 from all angles. The personal care I received was beyond anything I could have expected. Even my cheeseburger after surgery was delicious. Physical therapist Erin from Racine Wisconsin has superpowers and helped me incredibly. All the people on the team are all stars in their profession. Thank You all! Sincerely, Brian Lundeen"

"I was amazed at the care I received at the hospital. I asked many questions and I received detailed information. I think knowing why I am doing something makes it’s easier to remember to do it. The staff was so nice. They provided everything I requested and the massage was wonderful! The technology - being able to monitor vitals from the nurses station was great and no constant beeping - fantastic!"
