"The first time I went there I was called back within 5 min thats a plus but. I went there cauaw of something but don't remember the mame dr came in did his thing then he started talking about my weight don't you think I know already but tht is not why I'm here, at the end of my appt he said something again about my weight, again I said dnt u think I know im a bit ovr weight without having u tell me, I understand its concerning but this appt was not to talk about my weight when its time to discuss ill make appt;and so pushy on other aspects"
"Only 1 decent doctor there but he is always booked up. The other doctor didn't even know what I had and just kept prescribing me medicine that made me feel worse until I saw the male doctor. I hope I never see her again. She just stares at you with her arms crossed and a confused stern look. Like lecturing you when she is supposed to listen and help you. I waited 40minutes in my room until she showed up as well."
"We were told this is the only option for my daughter who is going to college out there. 2 days spent on hold beginning at 7 am. No one answers and they don't call back until after all appointments for the day are full. 2 days in a row, no appointments only to find out they don't even see patients. Then again they only set 8 appointments a day. I have heard all of my life how California is superior to Florida. At least here we have countless clinics and our health departments actually answer phones and easily schedule appointments."
"My experiences at Clinic Ole have always been positive. The clinic is very well run, the staff is polite and empathetic. As a nurse myself, I can say that the staff are up to date on the latest best practices. I highly recommend the medical and nursing care here."
"They fail to EVER answer their phone. The last two day I’ve called from 6:55am to schedule a simple physical and yet they have me on hold for almost an hour! It’s absolutely outrageous and utterly ridiculous to have to wait for someone to even answer the phone. Don’t have us sitting there waiting for 52 freaking minutes. Get your stuff together honestly Clinc Ole, ridiculous. One start is still too much."
