"I was referred for a sleep study. It took them about nine months to schedule me only to cancel my appointment and reschedule me again then when it was time for my results, they canceled and rescheduled twice.They also neglected to tell me that my appointment was a tele health appointment! When I brought the unprofessionalism to the doctors attention, she hung up the tele-health screen. I was not rude, irate or angry. I was calm and in need of being heard. I wanted to know if the Dr was even aware of the situation. The assistant in the office promptly turned to me and said we are all having personal issues. Both the attendant and the Dr were crying. I’m all for compassion and grace but they did not apologize and ushered me out of the office. I also have personal issues that I could have cried about as well but this was not the time or place for them or me to be showing this display. I left with unanswered questions and a sense that my case was improperly handled! I’m sure they will be paid by my insurance company for their work. The lack of professionalism was shocking. Beware of using this group for your sleep study. I highly recommend that you that you go elsewhere."
