"1/4/2024 ,Ukiah Branch. Teller by name of Jose helped & solved the new app info. He remained so relaxed & was respectful to holding my cell phone flat so I could see. Day before 1/3/24 I had been in Santa Rosa at appt., the SR branch , teller nor Manager did not know the answer , told me NO I had to wait the 24 hr for my sign on unlocked.... I had to pay bills.. I'm thrilled Jose was my teller inUkiah. ."
