"I called before we booked an appointment to make sure they accepted my dads insurance. They said they did. After they had my dad take their hearing test's ($135) they explained they only accept the insurance for a portion of the hearing test. They said the hearing aids weren't covered by insurance and the cost would be a little over $5,000. Needless to say we were not happy. That is something my dad wasn't able to afford out of pocket. Now we are receiving an invoice for a portion of the hearing test... A complete waste of time. I had to take time off of work and my dad is disabled and in a wheel chair. Its not an easy task getting him into the hearing test booth. Not happy"

"My daughter had an issue arise at her pediatrician and we were referred to Audiology and Hearing Care. Dr. Schmidt was so sweet and kind to my little nervous kindergartner. She was gentle and thoroughly explained the process to her. Luckily my daughter was cleared of any concerns, but if we needed a regular audiologist, Dr. Schmidt would be our pick. Both she and the front office lady were very accommodating and took excellent care of us. Great overall experience!"

"Dr. Schmidt is amazing and knowledgeable about helping her patients, and providing the best care! Whenever I come into the office, it always is very welcoming and it is like a family environment. She has made a difference in not only my grandma's hearing, but in her quality of life. I would highly recommend Dr. Schmidt and her office to anyone!"

"We are always impressed by Dr. Schmidt! My young son wears hearing aids and this office's willingness to be patient and understanding is always appreciated.
