"Except for the horrible long wait, 5 hours and severe pain. They were so awesome, when I got called back to a bed. It unfortunately appears to be a lot of people are not desperately hurt or ill that come in for minor things, maybe cause they don't have a family doctor, which slows down process for people in real need. But again, awesome nurses, PA's, didn't see doctor, but my experience with emergency room nurses and PA's, are excellent care givers. I'm reading reviews, man I can't believe some of these. REALLY?"

"Everyone was so kind and caring. Very through and helpful. They listened and wasn't rushing me. I felt very well taken care of by all the staff, nurses, doctors, and everyone. If I could give them 10 stars, I would have. My experience was fantastic. I never felt like I was just another patient. Thank you so very much. I noticed that the low scores were mainly comments about the ER. I'm sorry you were treated that way, but the hospital is really great. --Debra Perry"

"Minimum average ER wait time would have to be 5-8 hours. Sat inside & watched 2 screaming matches (one of which was security with a patient), therefore I left & then I proceeded to have my personal physical property layed hands upon by said staff members ,as well as my personal self be literally harassed by the same "security" fellows Not a welcoming safe space you'd expect from a CARE FACILITY"

"I took my husband in to the emergency room for a severe gash out of his finger. We got there, they checked us in and everything was great. The waiting room was packed with sick people, so I could clearly see it was going to be a little bit of a wait. Well to my surprise, they called us back to triage pretty quickly, the first nurse (can’t remember her name) was super sweet. Made sure my husband was okay, and changed the gauze out, got him water because he felt like he was going to pass out. Super nice lady, great bedside manner. The next nurse (don’t remember his name either) was way less than pleasing. He acted like he was pissed we were even there. I was answering the questions he was asking my husband, and at one point I said “oh he’s not feeling well, so I’ll just answer what I can.” He looks at my husband and goes “What else is the problem?” In a very snooty manner. Ive worked in Healthcare my entire working career and have NEVER encountered such awful bed side manner. Very disappointed. I get it was the day after a holiday, it was crazy busy, but we weren’t there just for fun. We ended up leaving and just dressing/cleaning the wound ourselves. Very disappointed to say the least."

"I had hip replacement surgery at Providence Medford Medical Center. The entire staff were very professional, especially Dr. Ho. Special Thanks to Ashley, Rita, Mackenzie and Sam, who all were very caring and attentive! I'm probably leaving some out but thanks to all!"
