"We had a bill that was sent while we were moving, went to the wrong address. Ok, understandable. Went to multiple appointments, always asked if we owed anything, we were always told no. Started getting calls from a collection agency, tried to call them and figure it out, unable to resolve anything with MRG. Unable to reach the debt collector. Finally just mailed a check and hoped for the best. Cashed, wooo! 1 week later we start getting calls from another collection agency. They sent it to a second one? AFTER we paid the first? Decided to come back and raise from 1 star to 3, because the US technicians and Dr really have been good. But make sure you keep a close eye on your bills."
