"This place is of no hope. Don't waste your time here they don't care. 2x I have tried to bring my friend who is a severe alcoholic & they make you wait & wait. They don't care if there the person is having withdrawals or taking their sweet time to do an evaluation. I was recommended to bring her to the Roq center which has a 4 star rating so I will be doing that."

"My experience at College Hospital of Costa Mesa was great. Attentive staff, friendly clientele and even the food was pretty good. They helped me through a dark time and I'm grateful to them for their help. They even provided resources to me after I got out. I don't know why they have so many negative reviews but I would recommend them."

"This may not be fair to the facility now, but back in 1991 when I was 18 I was sent to College Hospital Costa Mesa, this was when it was on Fair Dr. near the police station and across the street from the fair grounds. I was treated really harsh when I was there. I shared a room with two others and it was nighttime and they were talking all night, making some noise while I was trying to sleep but not too big of a deal. A worker looked through the window of the door to our room and at that exact moment I had gotten up to use the restroom. Well the next day came and I was told that I had to stand facing the wall for a specific amount of time ( I forget how long but it was over an hour at length) because I was making a lot of noise at night. I told them it wasn’t me but they didn’t believe me. Why would you treat someone who is depressed that way. I was there for depression and you guys didn’t help. I really wish I could have sued you guys for the mistreatment I received!!!"

"Pay ATTENTION to this REVIEW. Don’t trust these reviews, most of these facilities only have good reviews that are done by the facilities. Which is sad, I’ve read the worst reviews and they let your loved one die. Literally. Avoid at all costs ALL of their facilities don’t trust ANY good reviews on their sites because they are fake. They should be have been shut down a long time ago, if you or a loved one was hurt by any of them file a lawsuit and complaint with the medical board, get a lawyer if you haven’t already. I can provide you with both. So pay attention college hospital.. I’m going to send in people to get help under-covers. If I hear as much as one complaint from your staff or administration in any of your clinics.. I feel sorry for you. You will be shut down because all you care about is the money. If you or a loved one has been hurt in any way shape or form from any of these facilities send me a message. I’m sorry for those who lost a loved one in these facilities. Don’t be afraid to ask you can file a wrongful death lawsuit. I will help you. Let’s get these places shut down for good."

"3 1/2 stars. I got to a meeting here and the facilities are outdated but fine. They refreshed the carpets which is the reason for the extra 1/2 star. U have to go upstairs to use the restroom. Nothing big unless ur in a hurry or cold ;) lol. I’ve never had to use the medical facilities but people seem attentive and helpful."
