"This hospital is a very great hospital. Very compassionate and very quick. If you’re feeling sick, this is the place to go to get the best care."

"My husband was being held there until a bed opened at Cottage. He was out of his mind with brain cancer, acting violent toward me. He was able to escape and went missing til 10pm that night. Go here at your own risk."

"I will be finding another facility for future visits. Very difficult to obtain visit information to submit claim through insurance. Long hold times and wrong information given each time I call. Reps are rude and don't care about situation."

"absolutely TERRIBLE! I recently had a seizure, and my friends took me to cottage since it was the closest hospital. This isn't my first time at this hospital. the last time I was here was for a seizure as well. They take me in right away and take my blood pressure but that was it... you would think they would get AT LEAST a CAT scan, a MRI, or an EEG scan, but no... they didn't draw my blood, or even take a urine sample. They just gave me two keppra pills, and then told me my insurance didn't cover this visit and that I should expect a "hefty bill" in the mail... you don't tell that to any patient, especially one who just sustained head trauma. Also I'm not a doctor, but they told me I didn't have a seizure, because supposedly seizures last 15-20 minutes…. I'm not a doctor, but that is considered life threatening. DO NOT come here unless you really need to, because they are just terrible!!"

"My wife was admitted in critical condition. My wife remained in the hospital for 8 days, and there was never a reason for complain. I am a retired medical doctor with experience in Intensive Care Units. The hospital staff did not find this out until day 5 or 6, so there was no favoritism. All I saw was that personnel, at all levels involved, always were very professional, quick to act, compassionate, helpful and respectful. Very especial thanks to all nurses."
