"Haven’t been to the dentist in awhile. Need a lot of work done in my mouth. The receptionist was wonderful at getting me checked in. Took a little bit of time to be seen but when I was seen it was great. Everyone made me feel comfortable and didn’t shame me for my lack of care. The dentist went through what I needed done and explained it well. Overall I’d recommend aspen to anyone needing to get immediate dental work done. Thank you guys."

"I have a lot of dental work to be done. I was looking for a second opinion. Aspen by far was more thorough than my initial diagnosing dentist. Aspen recommended a more aggressive approach to my teeth. I feel confident I won't be back soon having the tooth pulled anyway. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Treatments were explained very well. The finance woman was awesome! She did everything perfectly so I won't list them individually. She brought my husband in for the treatment costs (I guess to minimize the shock. Haha) Thumbs up to her! Thanks! Jennifer"

"After decades of twice-annual dental exams across a number of facilities, Aspen Dental has the poorest performance. I spent more time waiting in the examination chair than getting treatment. And of all my dental visits over decades, this was the first time a dentist refused to clean my teeth on the first visit. Aspen Dental instead tried to rope me into an expensive gingivitis treatment plan. None of my dentists, even six months ago, ever suggested any gingivitis problem. Is this a revenue generator for Aspen Dental?"

"This was by far one of the worst experiences I have had with a dental business. I booked an appointment for a simple adjustment on my uppers. Was told it would be extra because I didn’t get them from there. I was okay with this it needed to be done. Within the first 2 min I was charged for a service that was competed yet. Put through X-rays, referred to an oral surgeon to re get work done that hasn’t caused me any problems. Told they would do the adjustment due to the teeth not coming from them even though they booked the appointment. Was basically just getting pressured sales from the doctor and the nurses. Ultimately they did the adjustment but wouldn’t let me get new gaskets for the implants without going to see an oral surgeon and getting new teeth from them. 10/10 don’t recommend ever going to this place because they will just push you around and charge you a bunch of money for things you didn’t even go there for. This place should be shut down and sued for their pressure sales and refusal to do services that they offer."

"Called to make an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and a first time client check up. I expressed multiple times that I wanted my teeth cleaned. In the end they tried to tell me I needed. A bunch of extra work done. It’s like walking into a place with the promise of a promo just to find out that you need to buy a bunch of stuff just to get the basic service. Strongly recommend not to go here. Most commercialized garbage I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Actively will tell people to avoid this place. Astonishing that you have even a 3 star rating."
