"We just moved to the Appleton area not too long ago and decided to give this location a try. The lady that checked us in at the Pediatrics center had the worst customer service. I couldn’t believe the rude attitude she had towards myself and my 2 children. Definitely not that friendly place you’d think it’d be for your kids."

"Dr. Cheney is awesome! He is kind, friendly, proficient, skillful, knowledgeable and professional. I have been seeing him for 20 + years and feel very fortunate to have him as my dentist! Carolyn my hygienist is friendly, efficient, kind and is very thorough in cleaning my teeth. Iam grateful she is my hygienist! Sarah is Dr Cheneys receptionist. Wow is she efficient! She calls when she says she will, and is so kind and caring! Thank you to all the staff! I look forward to going to the office for my dental care!"

I went into having my wisdom teeth removed a little nervous.. once we got going the nerves settled and he quickly gained my trust. Pumped to finally have my wisdom teeth out! Time for braces! "I have been going to Dental Associates in Appleton for over 20 years. They are friendly and try to accommodate you with your schedules. Facility is clean and their flow of business is smooth. Short wait time. You get in, they do the work on your teeth, they discuss if there are any issues and give you options, set up future appointments, then they send you to some one to pay the bill or make financial plans for future work that needs to be taken care of."

"I've been going to Dr. Han to get my braces adjusted for a couple of months now and it has been amazing however there's a few of his staff who was not very gentle during their routines. I was going to ignore it since I understand everyone has their "bad" days but today was really my last straw. The dental assistant I got today was straight up rude and very aggressive the entire time. She tugged on my mouth pretty hard a couple of time and when putting my wires in she shoved it in so hard! I've had them adjusted a couple of times already and it has never been this rough before! She didn't even explain what she was going to do nor even talked to me at all. She just forced my mouth open! The entire time she was slamming her tools on the table with such attitude, made me felt very uncomfortable. She then asked if I wanted to schedule my next appointment and then just threw the paper at me without saying a word and didn't even check with me what days worked for me! She just wrote 3wks on the paper. Of course I already had a bad feeling about her cause as soon as I sat down her and another of her colleague was talking bad about a previous client mentioning that their wire was poking them. I did not get her name since there was no introduction or anything but she was tall, slim with Blond Hair and Glasses. Young probably mid 20s - early 30s? Very disappointed with today's visit. Definitely by far the worst experience ever. However, besides this horrible assistant I encountered, everyone else has been amazing and super nice! I love that the other assistants I've come to encounter were really gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire process. I'm really hoping my next appointment will be better!"
