"My daughter is is 15 weeks pregnant. She was hit by a door. It is over 100 degrees outside. We been here for 2 hours my daughter is having real bad pain probably threatening a miscarriage and she has no priority at all. They said they ordered her sonogram an hour ago but they didn’t. We are still waiting. This is ridiculous!!!!!! Communication is terrible!!!! Then when you voice your concern they quick to say don’t yell at me. I’m an upset mother. Talking stern and yelling is two different things. Kaiser would’ve never did this. Do better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Scheduled appointment on Sat 06/18 and was told to be cancelled after arrival. Then rescheduled the following Sunday 6/26 and that happen again! I was told that the machine has been down for a week! I just scheduled couple days ago. I missed only one call I couldn’t call back. I login the app and the appointment is scheduled and there no message about the cancellation. Feel bad on the facility."

"I have been a patient at this center for years, and I have never spoken to someone as rude, unprofessional, and sarcastic as JAH, a receptionist. Proper training is definitely needed and suggested for her when speaking to clients and giving resources about information she should know. Thanks to her transferring me (in which I asked to be transferred to someone that could answer my basic question) to Ms. Patty who was able to support me with answering my questions diligently and respectfully and was also competent in understanding information of the network."

"Overpriced health care. Once you walk-in, you will realize where you hard earned money goes to. Nice office. Watch out for incorrect claims. They somehow absolutely cannot figure out how to relate doctors visit for annual check up with blood tests for the same appointment. It takes insurance involvement and multiple calls to fix that. I like my doctor, but you should draw a line somewhere. Will not go back after over 10 years of visits, and same mistakes over and over again. They opened a walk-in "clinic" on Fallon Rd (next freeway exit) and that is an absolute scam. A nurse and no real equipment to do anything. But they are happy to collect over $600 payment for a visit. Avoid at any cost."
