"My attorney has been requesting my medical records for MONTHS, and Stanford has been completely ignoring him. They know how urgent the matter is, and will not comply. It has caused so much trouble in my life. This is the worst hospital!"

"The ED parking is a mess. Arrived at hospital. I have a handicap placard. I enter the garage and notice the handicap spaces are blocked with cones showing “ reserved “. I was a bit puzzled as I only see this done at valet parking. I leave the garage and return to see if there’s open space in front of the ED. A gentleman is leaving a non disabled space. I wait to occupy spot. A short heavy brunette Latina attendant rushes in and blocks me from proceeding. I asked her why is she blocking me from parking when she pivots to question me why I’m there . HELLO!! I’m needing ED service. Why else would I ( visitor ) be there? An argument ensued and I drove off to handicap parking when I’m approached by an Asian male ( likely a supervisor ) asking me what’s up? I explained I’m needing ED service and all handicap spaces are coned off. That’s unacceptable. I wasn’t going to waste another 3 minutes disputing about a parking space. To conclude: had the attendant been present the first time I entered the premises, perhaps the incident would not have occurred. And using the usual excuse “ it’s hospital policy “ is REALLY getting old."

"The staff is inconsistent with the rules of wearing a mask. A lot of staff members and visitors wear no masks and few nurses especially from the fifth floor (section M5) throw their weight around as they overlook and gas light for others who wear no masks. Secondly, the staff is inconsistent with schedule hours. I was thrown out by security during after supposedly closing hours after another nurse misinformed me that I could stay the night in a waiting room of the 5th floor as I was there for my mother. This is how they have inconsistent rules that can cause Kaos"

"No free refreshments for patients families while waiting in support of there loved ones surgery inwhich can be a long wait before during and after.beverages and condiments and utensils can all be wrapped in plastic for Covid 19 safety.Also..everything thing is expensive . Some of the nurses wears strong body oils colognes etc..that makes the patients even more sick because the scent is way too strong.SCENTS Should NOT BE EORN at a hospital by Dr.s nurses patients or visitors."
