"I needed to reschedule a calibration appointment, the regular technician was out on leave, there was only a substitute technician available on Thursdays. ( Thursday is the day I needed to reschedule.) The customer service rep. was incompetent and refused to help me resolve this scheduling problem. She told me to drive to Janesville to get calibrated, because this company cannot properly staff the Madison location- I'm suppose to drive over an hour one way with gas prices $4/gal! She refused to help me resolve the issue was verbally combative and hung up on me! My appointment was not rescheduled and when I call back it goes to voicemail. So now I have to miss work to make an appointment that I should have been able to reschedule. This is terrible! I work customer service at One of my jobs, and I would never have treated a customer that poorly. Okay, now I’m verbally abusive! Where is your accountability for providing said services! I was not offered remote service or anything of the such! I was told that Thursday is the only available day for the next couple weeks, no other remedies offered that’s why I am so upset. I’m so disappointed with this response and feel attacked! I have to now take off work to get calibrated and I’ve given plenty notice it’s that the company has allowed only one day out of the week that a technician is servicing the entire Madison area and it’s the one day that doesn’t work for me! But don’t worry it’s not Your fault!"

Upon seeing the date, I actually was able to get it out sooner than I thought! They could have easily just let me keep it and kept collecting money but they didn't do that. Glad I went with them!"

"Horrible, simply horrible. Requested they remove their device from my vehicle after failing 5 or 6 times. They did, charged me $500 and sent it straight to collections. DO NOT USE this company. Shop around, you'll find better."
