"Do not schedule an appointment with this place; if you try to cancel it, they will not answer the phone and force you to leave a message and then not call you back. I called to cancel the same day maybe 20 minutes after I made the appointment because this place is out of network with my insurance and I, after finding that out, I do not want my ultrasound done there anymore because I cannot afford an out of network place. They STILL have not called me back and I have called twice now. I will not be paying a cancellation fee if I cannot get ahold of them to cancel this appointment because it is on them for not returning my calls--especially since I made one within business hours right after making the appointment. Check with your insurance before making appointments with them because they absolutely do not call back and this is stressful and a pain in the butt. Not worth it."

"Horrible receptionist. Frank was rude and I un-empathetic. Frank it's time to find a new job because empathy is a must in health care. I got here at 1330 and was standing waiting behind a woman he was "helping" but could tell he was annoyed and could careless about anything she said. He started at me 3 times without any word. No "hi we will be with you in a minute" nothing. Then when it's time to help me he tells me they ve taken their max walk ins. And I said ok is it better to make an appt. He said yes but you have to do it online. I'm here right now why can't I do it now. I ask for the website he tells me he doesn't know because he hasn't done it ever. Hands me a paper and says it SHOULD be the website on top. Smh. The worst experience in health I have ever had."

"Went in as a walk-in. The receptionist was nowhere to be seen. Waited 5 minutes, he finally came out and said they had no more appointments. Left, then decided to check website they still had an appointment available. I don't like being lied to by some idiot who just wants to leave early on a Friday."

"Second trip today to try to get a walk-in X-ray. First time I arrived just after 4pm and was told they had already taken their last patient of the day. Today I arrived at 3:40 and the gentleman at the desk was checking in another patient, asked for my Driver license and insurance card and said he would be with me shortly. After 10 minutes waiting, I asked if I should run upstairs and get the orders (in case he hadn't received them yet) and he said yes. When I returned all of a sudden they are not taking any more patients today. This gentleman has no concept of customer service and didn't seem to understand that making a statement when I arrived to the effect that I might not be called as he did with two others that arrived after I did, would have been appropriate. It was almost as if by leaving and going upstairs he removed my place in line. If I had a choice I would go somewhere else. I always like the clinic until the recent move."

"Worst place ever!!! This is a review for 2950 Sycamore. Walked in at 3:40 and there were 4 people in the waiting room. Said they close at 5 and not taking anymore patients today. Came back the next day and waited for 10 minutes in pain while a receptionist (guy) was talking and talking. Argued with me about my insurance and said they are working on a contract but would have to pay cash for my secondary. They don’t care. I left and still no xray. So rude and uncaring."
