"Get insurance literally anywhere else. They will figure out how to get the most money out of you. Good luck canceling your policy, they will hang up the phone on you, not say what they need from you, and then surprise you months later with late fees and bills. First time I talked to a customer service person, I was honestly shocked with how rude she was. *edit to respond My husband NEVER RECEIVED the documents and tried to make that clear multiple times. Your customer service woman NEVER MENTIONED anything would be back dated once we provided proof of new insurance. We provided all the documents needed after the second phone call, and she still hung up on us and never told us if our policy would be canceled, if she had all the right documents, etc! She was being very shady! We waited a week for a call back, and finally called again for another customer service woman to tell us the documents we sent didn’t show on her end and that she has not documentation to show a policy cancellation. Your employee is being dishonest and I sincerely hope no other customers ever have to deal with this situation."
