"My rate has been steadily increasing without notification over the past couple of years. No perks for loyalty or good driving record. I used to love this company and felt like they knew me as an individual. Now that new agents have taken over, the owner seems more concerned with rate increases and how he can make more money off of his clients. Like a used car salesmen mentality. I miss the previous agent. Not impressed with this new process. Fast talking, crude, and arrogant sales tactics. There are too many insurance companies out here for this type of behavior. I can go anwhere with my record. Looking for a new company at this point. Go back to your old style. Hire back the agents that cared about the clients."

He has always been responsive and has advised me very well about a variety of insurance matters--as well as some other matters regarding our home that were very helpful (e.g., getting an attic fan to help reduce cooling costs). When we've had a few losses (either due to theft or to a major electric surge that took out the electrical appliances in half the neighborhood), Mike and his Allstate team were very responsive. They've paid fairly and not given us a hard time, unlike what I hear about so many other insurance companies."
