"Had my vehicle towed in, called to let them know what happened and they told me they would get it in right away and get back to me. I waited 3 days then called to see what was going on. Then told it might get on a lift the following week. Had to call again that day to see if they figured it out and it needed a new transmission. Was never told what was wrong with the old one. Was finally told what was wrong with it. I oked the work the following day and they told me they could get it done in 9 days to be ready for my camping trip. I called the day prior to confirm and they told me I had never called them to ok the work. Ended up having to adjust my whole vacation due to not having the truck back. They told me it would be 2 to 3 business days to get done. Called 2 days, was told another day yet, called and told they just got another part and I would have to wait. Then they finally called me to tell me it wouldn't be ready to get picked up which caused a birthday to be missed. They told me they would call with an update the following morning. I had to call them again and was told "oh yeah, it's been ready" I was paying over the phone and having another person pick up. They wanted to take my card number and run it without giving me a total. Ended up paying over $100 more than I was quoted because they didn't quote shop fee or trans fluid. I was lucky enough to have the money in my account. I finally got the truck back and the shifter selector didn't work properly so I had to bring it back to get it fixed."

"Worst customer service experience I've ever had! Made appointment months in advance for routine trans service, dropped off my vehicle the day before service was scheduled, guy took my keys and brought it inside, said he would call when completed...no one ever called, and after I called them a couple times in the afternoon(I took a day of vacation to get this done) no update. So I went there at the end of the day to see what was happening, right then I was informed nothing was done, and the woman that was there handed my keys back to me and said "GOOD LUCK" Would never go back, and would never recommend!!"
