"I love going to Sun Prairie Nails & Spa! I always book online, which is very convenient, and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to have my service started. I have had good experiences with various members of their staff, but Bee always does an amazing job with any designs that I want. The last time I went, I was interested in getting mini-pearls but was afraid they would fall off. Bee encouraged me to go for it and guaranteed they would stay on - it's been 3 weeks and I haven't lost a single pearl. I can't recommend this place enough!"

Thank you so much for the exceptional customer service and work. I will certainly be back to see Bee again!! Previous Review: I have loved going here, most techs do a fantastic job. However, recently I’ve had a few people tell me no when I say I want a stiletto shape because ‘almond is better.’ I even went back and forth with the last girl I had and she still didn’t sharpen them the way I like my nails. I’m paying you to do this, please just do as I ask. I would imagine the picture on the wall with the different shapes is there for a reason, I shouldn’t have to argue. But the reason I wanted to write this review was because the last time I was in, I had a nail broken a bit down my nail bed, so a bit painful. I asked the girl to cut it down and put a false on top to repair it and she refused saying the dip powder was good enough on the broken nail. I left concerned because I knew it was compromised beneath the powder and if it broke it would be painful and that is exactly what happened today, it broke right at my nail bed and really hurts. Really frustrated and disappointed, I spent a lot to leave with a nail that was broken under the color and not the shape I like."
