"I have had four experiences at this Cost Cutters location. The first time, my hair was cut by a stylist named Trish. I got a great cut and decided to do all of my haircuts here. I booked two subsequent cuts. On both times there was one stylist on duty who was double booked. On both times, I received a super fast, ten minute haircut as the stylist worked to get me and the second customer taken care of in the normal time for one cut. Last week, on Thursday, 4/13/23, I called to book a 9:30am appointment for this location. I arrived this morning at 9:20am to find the place closed. I waited until 9:30 before I left. The shop hours displayed on the door indicate that the store is open on Tuesdays from 9:00am. I understand that the beauty business faces staffing pressures these days, and I liked my first cut so much that I put up with the double bookings. But this third mistake is too much. I'll be getting my cuts elsewhere from here on out."
