"I don't think it is fair to give him a low rate from just one phone call or one short experience. You were mean! Well, he is impressive. You got to see his works. He professionally handles my car, and he is very gentle and careful. It was a frigid morning when I called him (below 0 degrees F). He came not long after I called. I came along with him to the dealer with my car on the back. He has been doing this professionally for decades. We had a great chat during the ride, and he shared how he was very committed to his works. I respect him, and I definitely would call him again if I need a similar service.
