"Meineke may cost a bit more than some other service options in the area, but we have found consistently accurate and friendly service each time we visit for oil changes. Every once in a while, the oil change inspection will turn up another point of care required for our vehicle, but the staff provides us with information on what we need taken care of without being pushy and overselling their own services. Front desk staff is extremely pleasant to work with and makes the experience as nice as spending money on your car can be."

"The customer service is great. This time I was disappointed with the lady that had worked on my car and assisted checking me out. She didn't say a word so I asked her how it went or if she had any concerns about my car. It was like pulling teeth to get her to say a word. Maybe she is shy and that is okay but I definitely didn't leave feeling confident that my car was good to go."

"I got both front and back brake pads and calipers replaced at my most recent visit. Not only was the price fair (brakes are expensive, no real way around it), but they got it done in just over an hour. I was fully prepared to be there with my work laptop for up to four hours, but I was able to go back to work with lots of time to spare. The visit before that, they fixed my smashed headlight. Both repairs were done expertly. My headlight alignment is a bit askew from past damage, but they made sure to get the lights as settled as possible on both sides. They were also honest with me about what their price would be to buy new ones, and encouraged me to buy my own and bring it in to save money. With the brakes they were willing to go through the estimate twice and see where they could save me money. I ended up replacing the whole caliper and pad shebang, which was the best option long term, but I appreciated the time they took to make sure I was repairing what was necessary. They gave me a B-list of repairs with no added pressure since the brakes would be so much. It was just for my benefit as a car owner to look ahead. With both the headlights and the brakes, the mechanic walked me through every important aspect of my car’s repair in the garage. He explicitly pointed out what the damage was, even specified what parts were supposed to do or look like versus my car’s current state. The waiting room is also the nicest one I’ve been in, and as a person who usually waits for their repairs in store, I appreciate that ten-fold."

"Job was done right and quick. But the front desk-boss, was very quick to get rid of me. I was try to understand what was wrong or done fix on my car. He was very hurry bush me off and told me to pay before he tell me anything. Well, I paid the bill. He then say " you have a nice day." I like the service, but no and no. Customer service was very poor. This is the second time I used the Meineke Car Care Center."

"Great service. I made an appointment and they were ready to take my car in as soon as I got there. It's a busy location, but it was clear while I was in the waiting room, that they can accommodate small requests on short notice. I was hoping to just have a tire repaired, but the technician was sure to show me the obviously irreparable tire and recommended appropriate options for the new course of action. I also appreciated hearing someone point out that letting his employees go home at a decent time on Friday. Prioritizing his worker's needs over those of his customers was very much appreciated by this person in particular. Great staff, good work and complete honesty. I couldn't ask for more. A couple people didn't appreciate the honesty they were given, but I had full respect for it. Better to be blunt and direct than to have Karen upset because she didn't get what she wanted. Kudos!"
