"The hotel was tucked away from the main road in a quiet area. The room was not as clean and scuff marks can still be seen. We had next door neighbors arguing real loud and front desk didn't intervene soon enough. Not enough luggage carts available if you are handicapped so we waited forever to use them and instead I made multiple trips to the vehicle. For the price and location, I would stay here again."

"Overall, this hotel is fine for its price point. The rooms are spacious and clean, and it's a reasonable drive to Disney and other Anaheim attractions. Be careful parking at the hotel, though. My car was vandalized in the parking lot when I stayed during June, and I was awoken to find broken windows and spray paint over the side of the car. The hotel's response to this incident left a lot to be desired. I would have expected at least some sort of goodwill gesture from the management team, but the general manager was uninterested in making things right. After some heavy prodding, the best they could do was write off a $60 charge from my recent stay. I guess that's something, but it's unfortunate that the hotel doesn't seem to take this sort of incident seriously."

In My Horrible Opinion:

"The suite is good when staying more than a couple days. The room was paid by my wife's job so I don't know how it stacks up price wise. The bed isn't very comfortable. The walk-in shower is nice but only opens on one end so you have to get in the shower to turn it on, and I'm not a big fan of the cold water before it starts warming up. Decent breakfast. We've stayed at similar hotels & the breakfast was hokey so we ate breakfast out in the past, but this is decent so we saved $ eating here. And the toilet is low. I feel like I'm squatting over a hole. Would we stay here again? I don't know. Mixed bag of good (the breakfast, it's clean & in a decent part of town, safety isn't an issue) and not so good. I had a room key issue that was a negative experience."
