"Still trying to get a hold of somebody at the hotel. My security deposit was never returned to my credit card. I called in advance to see if we could have an early check in and was told for an additional $40 I could check in at 10:00 a.m. unfortunately when I got there it was a different story My disabled brother had to sit in a car until 3:00 p.m. we had two rooms reserved One of the rooms was available One was not and I could not understand why they couldn't just go ahead and check us in and go ahead and let me pick up the key to the second room at 3:00. Before this experience I really like this place but I don't think I will be returning"

"Not really worth the money. The Wyndham 8 next to this one has much bigger rooms for $20 cheaper per night. The rooms here are dinky and the beds dinky and uncomfortable. Everything is smaller like they cut corners in building the place to save money. The rooms are not suitable for long term stays. Even though it is advertised as extended stay, you have to move out every few weeks which is a real hassle. The room had no telephone and we had to use a cell phone to call the paramedics for my dad. Most of the cleaning ladies were very nice, but others on the staff here, including the receptionist, were not very enthusiastic and would not work with us to resolve a minor problem. There are only three washing machines, that I counted, for the entire facility and I was lucky to get my washing done. There is only one ice machine that I had to go looking for. Our room was awful hot and the air conditioner did not work well enough to keep it comfortable no matter what we did to make it work. I saw this complaint in other reviews. Buyer beware, this place isn't like it looks in the pictures. Come here and find out. One good thing is it is pet friendly. I have just added one photo of the swimming pool. It is all dark green and dirty - not all nice and crystal clear blue like in the pictures. I will not be returning here for another stay..."
