"This will seem strange, but I'm rating based on the structure of the hotel. We stayed on the 4th floor, top level, and when we walked through the room, the tables and everything shook. I've never encountered that and we just hoped the floor wouldn't collapse. The beds are not the typical Hampton comfortable. Other than that, the stay was fine. I felt the area was safe."

"Giving one star only because the girl at the front desk was super kind and accommodating, but I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I was here for a 2 night stay, and I was first given a room on the ground floor. While the room itself was spacious, the high ceilings and thin walls allowed sound from the room next door to be amplified. I totally support couples doing romantic weekend getaways, but the old man in the next door room was practically yelling on the top of his lungs and I heard EVERYTHING. I think I'm still traumatized from the sounds he made because they weren't normal noises. I had the worst sleep ever and eventually I had to blast white noise from my phone all night to block the sounds coming from the next room. It continued in the morning as well. I called the front desk the next morning and I'm so grateful she was able to move me into a different room on the top floor within a couple hours. It was quiet, but the only downside was that the bathroom smelled heavily of mildew & mold. I didn't complain since I was only there for one more night, but the smell was really gross and overwhelming. The free parking & free cookies were the only Pros, but I would rather pay for parking at a nicer hotel than come back here. The breakfast potatoes weren't cooked all the way, so it was all crunchy / frozen. I found small human hairs on the towels from the first room and one under the pillow in the second room. If you do stay here, don't forget your headphones or earplugs, and hopefully you don't end up on the ground floor."

"I enjoyed my stay as a Hilton Honors member. The room was spacious and comfortable and the gym fit my needs. The front desk personnel were very cordial, helpful, and professional. Breakfast every morning was very good and Ana was particularly nice and helpful in the dining area with a warm and courteous "Good morning". I look forward to another stay here in the future!"

"Great choice of hotel in the area. Pros: * Breakfast is fantastic. Waffles, yogurt, eggs, sausage, etc * friendly staff * not stingy with towels * big beds and AC that will stay on while you sleep * affordable price * only $50 deposit for damages Cons: * walls and ceiling are thin. Could hear people walking above a few times and kids screaming in the morning. Kind of expected at a lower star hotel though"

"This is a pretty nice place. A little on the expensive side, but not so much that we regret booking here. The staff is wonderful, very polite and friendly. Jason at the front desk was so kind. The breakfast was pretty good, and the attendant was very friendly, welcoming and attentive to guest's needs. We'd stay here again for sure."
