"The Moondoggie Bungalow is AMAZING. I recently stayed here with my fiance we had the best time. Great location - we loved being so close to wonderful restaurants/breweries and taking day trips to Monterey and Big Sur. The house is immaculate and it's clear that every detail has been well thought out. There was even a playlist to listen to that paired perfectly with the beachy surf vibe! We cooked a couple meals and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need - including delicious local olive oil. Greta was super helpful and made sure we knew she was available if we needed anything. We're already dreaming about coming back and will always cherish our memories at the Moondoggie! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, fun and relaxing getaway."

"Wow! We have stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, nearly all of which have been great experiences, but this was the best ever. All the details supporting a good stay at Moondoggie were there—-super clean, comfy beds, quiet and convenient location, sun-filled rooms, outdoor space, completely stocked kitchen. That alone made it a great stay. But what put our time there over the top was that from the moment we walked through the door, we felt like Greta and Brendan wanted us to relax and enjoy ourselves. In fact, they said so on the house information sheet! It was clear they even wanted kids to have fun with all of the cool vintage toys. And the decor was so fun and fresh, one wanted to check out every nook and cranny, including the plants! We were totally at home and felt like we wanted to move right in. So cute!"

Every single well thought out detail shows that design, local history & good hospitality are obviously their passions. The time-period-specific toys, the endless playlist of 60s surfer tunes, the live plants, perfectly retro kitchen (down to the small appliances!), beautiful & relaxing outdoor space— all made our whole trip feel more feel fun, unique & special.
