"I am immensely grateful and impressed with the level of professionalism, care and compassion displayed by this company. I had to book an emergency and very last minute ride for my mother who was headed somewhere 2 hours away from the airport. Alina was extremely understanding and compassionate towards the situation and was extremely efficient with the way she took care of me and my family. My mom’s flight got delayed by a few hours and they were on top of it, they knew exactly what was going on before I even reached out to notify them. Her driver Jason was a true gentleman. Our driver Luciano was very friendly he arrived 15 mins before the pick up time which was great.He was courteous and professional. The car was very clean they have water and snacks also. We did not experience any inconvenience at all . Our ride was ready when we landed at Chicago O Hare. Everything went so smooth.
