"Very friendly people. Very happy to have gone here. They did alot of work on the car we brought there. Struts, tie rods, some exhaust work, and alignment. It was all done in a day ! "Unfortunately if I could give a zero rating I would. Which saddens me because I usually go to this location for all my basic car needs but that has come to an end. I previously got radiator work done from here. In a little over a year the radiator is already messed up. I took my vehicle to another mechanic and they found that radiator was installed incorrectly. As we all know radiator work isn’t cheap and be very stressful. Not receiving the proper care on my vehicle is devastating and disappointing. Upon searching this shop up I seen the negative reviews and positive ones. I assumed the good would outweigh the bad and it didn’t."
"Big shout out to James and Johnathon over at Midas Kenosha stellar customer service. The car was left clean and smelling great. They even had a foot cover at the bottom of the floor. I made a late night appointment and they were still able to take my car the next day at the time that I needed it my car was finished in amazing time. I am so thankful for this place. Truly thank you all so so much."
