"Very disappointed. I went to the website to book an oil change appointment (1st one for our new car), the web-page rants about how "no appointment is necessary". I was happily surprised and loved the thought of this flexibility. *Unfortunitley, this is completely false. We Drove 40 minutes to get there and arrived at 2:25pm, we were promptly told that they were closed "compressors were turned off". I'm not sure why they needed a compressor for an oil change, but I quickly got the feeling that the repair rep was ready to say anything to get out of work early. They were supposed to be open until 3:00pm and even though there was only one other car there, the rep stated that "you would have waited 2 hours to just get your car in if you didn't make an appointment". They lost a service customer even before I could become one."
