I was immediately greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk and she set me up with Rick to handle my claim. He examined my car and did up an estimate.We both went outside so he could show me what he found and let me know how they would proceed. He took care of everything from getting approval from my Insurance Co and setting up a rental which was brought there for me. He kept me up on the progress of my repair. The job was completed promptly and looked great. I was very happy at pickup when I found my vehicle to have been portered as well! Everyone that I spoke to there was friendly , prompt and professional. It was a great experience. I highly recommend this business."
