"Really cute place. Rooms are like studios with kitchens and living room. Ours had 2 beds n a sleeper sofa. Comfy beds, great location close to the beach. Quiet. Only thing I would add would be AC or ceiling fans. Besides that a small, quaint place Lots of charm."

"Stayed overnight in the two bedroom suite upstairs. The employees at pelican point in we're all extremely helpful and courteous. The room we stayed in had everything we needed and was very clean. Some people complained of noise in reviews we ready, but once we closed some of the windows alongside the opposing buildings wall it was nothing to worry about. The location is great, only a small walk down to the ocean and tons of small restaurants and businesses nearby, including a nice Farmers market on Sunday. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"Awesome staff, friendly service with all the amenities needed to prep, cook, and eat in the suites. A full kitchen with sink, 4 burner stove and oven. Beds were comfy with enough bed space to sleep 5. Loved it."

"The rooms are small, but very very comfortable. Great beds and plenty of good pillows. I normally don't like small rooms, but I really liked my stay here. Staff is very nice. The hotel is only a block from the beach, so it's very convenient. There is also a few restaurants within a short walking distance away. I will definitely stay here again!"
