"First-time rooms with fully equipped kitchen. It was kind of a nice cottage but not that sophisticated. Great for quick and short getaway. Easy access is 15-20 minutes to the beach and a little bit more to the Santa Cruz boardwalk. Like the hospitality and the owner as well."

"Had a room reserved here for Saturday night. When we arrived to check in the office was empty. The manager/owner was not there and left his under aged daughter to cover. Spoke to him on the phone, at first he claimed we had no room, even though we'd already been charged for it. When we questioned the lack of service he became belligerent and told us if we didn't like it to go phuck ourselves. Needless to say we didn't stay. Also the parking lot was filled with less than desirable people hanging out, smoking, and drinking. This place isn't even a 2 star motel, and the owner is beyond rude and inhospitable."

"Clean room with no frills. A great deal at $110 per night. The only issues we had were related to noise our neighbors made. At around 2am one of our neighbors drove in and sat in their car for an hour blasting music. Recommend bringing earplugs."
